Standard booths are furnished with an 8′ high/10′ wide draped back-wall and 32″ draped side rails. Booths are not supplied with any other facilities or furniture, except at Exhibitor’s own expense or as indicated by the accessory package below.
Mini-Island (20’x20′) : $6,500
Mid-Island (20’x30′) : $8,000
Maxi-Island (20’x50′) : $10,000

Exhibitor Check-In opens 8am every day. No vehicle access on Friday. Ok to hand carry goods into Expo Center.
Show closes Sunday November 4th at 6:00pm. Move out begins 6:30pm. Please remember to wait until 6:00 to breakdown your booth. Vehicles can't be moved in until all the carpet is off the floor.
* Schedule any freight service for Sunday night. Not Monday.
All exhibitors must turn in an exhibitor list in advance of the show. Each standard exhibitor is entitled to 5 names on their list unless other arrangements have been made.
Wrist bands will be handed out at the exhibitor entrance upon opening on Friday November 2nd to each employee as they check in. All employees added to your work force that exceed the maximum of 5 per exhibitor must be listed on the enclosed registration sheet and will be admitted at half the regular adult charge of $5.00.

Decorating packages must be ordered through the Triumph and not through SkiFever. They must be ordered well in advance of the show to assure accuracy and to make sure you get what you want. Carpet color, table size, counters or low tables and chairs. These things will be very difficult to change at the last minute at the show so order early! Our final exhibitor list must be turned in to Triumph two weeks prior to the show opening so if you have any changes you must make them through Triumph directly and before the two week deadline.
